The stone buildings can be used for a vast number of uses and can be customised to ensure that they work for yours and and your family needs.

From outdoor kitchens, to annex’s and holiday lets, to sunken wine cellars the options are endless!!!
Step One – Get in touchÂ
Get in touch and we can discuss your requirements and give you an estimated cost based on what you are looking for.
Step Two – Book a visit
If you want to explore things further the next stage would be to arrange for Katie or James to visit and run through your project. During the visit we can look at if planning will be required, access, location of build, and discuss your requirements further and enjoy going through design ideas and options.
Step Three – Design and planning
We will create some layout plans for you so you can check you are happy with the sizes, Once the layout has been approved we will then create a 3D visual so you can get a better idea of the overall look.

Once a complete design has been approved, if planning is required, Katie’s Team at Binney and Sims Design will handle and look after the application process.
Step Four – Book a date!
We can get a date booked in to create your unique, showstopper garden building!
